A free audit does not guarantee:

The availability, scope, and delivery time of a free audit may vary depending on the website and information available to us.
We reserve the right to decline or limit free audit requests at our discretion.
4. No Guaranteed Results
SEO, paid advertising, website performance, and digital marketing are affected by factors outside Seonfix’s control.
Accordingly, we do not guarantee:
- Specific Google rankings
- A particular position in search results
- A specific amount of organic traffic
- A specific amount of revenue
- A specific return on ad spend (ROAS)
- A specific number of leads or sales
- Approval of advertisements by Google, Meta, or another advertising platform
- Continued search engine rankings
- Specific results within a particular timeframe
Search engines, advertising platforms, competitors, market conditions, algorithms, and third-party systems can change at any time.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for the services.
This may include:
- Website and hosting access
- Analytics and Search Console access
- Google Ads or Meta account access
- Business information
- Brand assets
- Content and images
- Product or service information
- Approvals and feedback
- Required legal or regulatory information
Delays caused by missing information, access, approvals, or client decisions may affect project timelines.
6. Account Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients retain ownership of their own:
- Websites
- Domains
- Hosting accounts
- Google Ads accounts
- Google Analytics properties
- Google Search Console properties
- Meta Business accounts
- Social media accounts
- Ecommerce accounts
- Other third-party business accounts
Where possible, Seonfix will be granted user-level or appropriate access rather than ownership.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may depend on third-party platforms, including Google, Meta, WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting providers, analytics platforms, advertising platforms, and other services.
Seonfix does not control these third-party platforms.
We are not responsible for:
- Platform outages
- Algorithm changes
- Account suspensions
- Policy changes
- API changes
- Service interruptions
- Security incidents affecting third-party platforms
- Changes in pricing or functionality
- Third-party decisions affecting your account
Where an issue is caused by a third party, we will make reasonable efforts to assist the client where that assistance falls within the agreed scope.
8. Advertising Spend
Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Google or Meta are separate from Seonfix service fees unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Ad spend is normally paid directly by the client to the relevant advertising platform.
Seonfix does not guarantee advertising performance, conversion volume, profitability, or ROAS.
9. Fees and Payment
Service fees, payment schedules, currencies, and payment methods will be communicated in the applicable proposal, quotation, invoice, contract, or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Work may begin after the required payment or deposit has been received.
- Invoices should be paid by the stated due date.
- Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
- Third-party costs, advertising spend, software subscriptions, hosting, domains, plugins, licenses, and similar expenses may be charged separately.
10. Late Payments
If a payment becomes overdue, Seonfix may temporarily suspend services until the outstanding amount is paid.
Suspension of services may affect project timelines, advertising campaigns, SEO implementation schedules, reporting, or other deliverables.
Seonfix may also terminate services where payment remains overdue after reasonable notice.
11. Scope Changes
Requests outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work.
Additional work may require:
- A revised quotation
- Additional fees
- An adjusted timeline
- Written approval before implementation
Seonfix is not obligated to perform additional work without appropriate approval.
12. Website Design and Development
For web design and development projects:
- The client is responsible for providing accurate content, branding, images, credentials, and other required materials.
- Client delays may extend the delivery timeline.
- Third-party themes, plugins, applications, APIs, hosting providers, and integrations may have separate terms and limitations.
- Functionality may depend on third-party software or services.
- Maintenance, hosting, licenses, and ongoing updates are not automatically included unless stated in the agreed scope.
13. Content and Client Materials
Clients are responsible for ensuring that content, images, logos, trademarks, product information, and other materials supplied to Seonfix may legally be used.
The client represents that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for materials they provide.
Seonfix is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or other legal claims arising from materials supplied by the client.
14. SEO and Content Work
SEO recommendations and implementation are based on available data, industry practices, search engine guidelines, and our professional judgment.
Search engine algorithms and ranking systems can change without notice.
Seonfix does not guarantee that every recommendation will produce a particular result.
Where content is produced or edited as part of a project, the specific ownership and usage rights will be determined by the applicable service agreement or project terms.
15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Seonfix retains ownership of its pre-existing:
- Templates
- Frameworks
- Processes
- Methodologies
- Strategies
- Internal tools
- Scripts
- Systems
- Reusable components
- Proprietary materials
Upon full payment, the client will receive the rights to the specific final deliverables agreed in the applicable project scope, subject to any third-party licenses or restrictions.
Third-party software, plugins, fonts, stock images, APIs, themes, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective license terms.
16. Confidential Information
Both parties may receive confidential information during a project.
Each party agrees to use reasonable care to protect confidential information and not disclose it to unauthorized third parties, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to perform the agreed services.
Separate confidentiality or NDA agreements may apply where agreed between the parties.
17. Reporting and Performance Data
Reports and dashboards may contain information obtained from Google, Meta, Search Console, analytics platforms, advertising platforms, or other third-party systems.
Third-party reporting data may be delayed, estimated, adjusted, or subject to platform-specific attribution rules.
Seonfix does not guarantee that third-party reporting data will always be complete or accurate.
18. Communication
Project communication may take place through email, messaging applications, project management platforms, Slack, WhatsApp, or other agreed channels.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and responding to important project communications in a timely manner.
19. Client Approval
Where client approval is required, Seonfix may rely on the client’s approval to proceed.
Clients are responsible for reviewing materials, campaigns, website changes, content, advertisements, and other deliverables before approval.
Once approved, subsequent revisions may be treated as additional work if they fall outside the agreed scope.
20. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement according to the cancellation or notice terms agreed in the applicable contract or service agreement.
Seonfix may terminate or suspend services if:
- Payments remain overdue
- The client materially breaches these Terms
- The client requests unlawful or fraudulent activity
- Continued work creates a significant security or legal risk
- The client provides misleading or fraudulent information
- The client engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct
Upon termination, the client remains responsible for fees for work completed and approved expenses incurred up to the termination date.
21. Refunds
Refund eligibility, if any, will depend on the applicable proposal, invoice, contract, or service agreement.
Fees for completed work, third-party expenses, advertising spend, licenses, subscriptions, or other non-refundable costs may not be refundable.
Where no separate refund policy has been agreed, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seonfix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of our website or services.
This includes losses resulting from:

- Advertising platform changes
- Website downtime
- Third-party outages
- Account suspension
- Algorithm updates
- Loss of traffic
- Loss of revenue
